Consumer law entered into our lives in 2014 with the "Law on the Protection of Consumers" and is an area that continues to improve itself. With the aim of protecting the health and economic interests of the consumers, the law stipulates the judicial processes and sanctions regarding the acts of the service providers in violation of the rights of the consumers or regarding illegal acts committed by service providers. 

Our Law Office provides legal consultancy to consumers on the information problems, problems arising from the consumption of tangible-intangible goods, return and replacement of defective goods, reduction of price, the  exercise of the right of withdrawal, making  consumer loan facilities available, within the scope of consumer protection. In addition, our Law Office, by providing the follow-up of cases before arbitration committees for consumer problems s and before courts in case of disputes, provides supports to its clients by means of its expert team, experience and knowledge.
